When I first started I pretty much wore a Sun logo&#8217;d item every day&#8230; (I have enough, more on that later).\u00a0 I have cut back some (have to dress up a little more now.) So I decided tonight to start going through the house to find all of my Sun stuff. So far this is what I have found:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Numerous ink pens. Everything from the pen\/highlighters from classes, to some more expensive ones that are engraved\/etched.<\/li>\n<li>Sun Mints (got to say one of the weirdest)<\/li>\n<li>Sun Sun Glasses<\/li>\n<li>Various Sun Hardware, from Servers to workstations. (SPARC2, 5, and Ultra 5)<\/li>\n<li>Broke Sun Ray 1 (the caps in it were from the bad caps era)<\/li>\n<li>3 Sun Binders<\/li>\n<li>1 Sun Leather notebook<\/li>\n<li>4 Sun ceramic mugs<\/li>\n<li>2 Sun mugs<\/li>\n<li>1 Sun Water bottle<\/li>\n<li>3 Sun book bags<\/li>\n<li>2 Sun Jackets<\/li>\n<li>1 Sun folding Camp stool<\/li>\n<li>7 Sun Polo Shirts<\/li>\n<li>1 Sun long Sleeve dress shirt<\/li>\n<li>10 Sun T-Shirts<\/li>\n<li>3 or 4 Sun Mouse pads, both cloth and the old hashed ones for the original optical mouse<\/li>\n<li>3 Sun lapel pins for Certifications that I have earned.<\/li>\n<li>3 Sun &#8220;business cards&#8221; for certifications that I have earned<\/li>\n<li>Sun microphone<\/li>\n<li>Sun Java Cup Coaster<\/li>\n<li>Sun Stop Watch<\/li>\n<li>Wireless Sun laptop mouse<\/li>\n<li>1 Sun CoolThreads niagra CPU<\/li>\n<li>Various Sun Java Cards from the EBC<\/li>\n<li>Copies of SunOS 4<\/li>\n<li>Copies of Solaris for SPARC and Intel from Solaris 2.5 up to and including Solaris 10<\/li>\n<li>Copy of OpenSolaris 2005.08<\/li>\n<li>Various Sun brochures, pictures and marketing items<\/li>\n<li>little Java Duke squeeze toy<\/li>\n<li>Sun Monitor Duster<\/li>\n<li>Very old Sun Frisbee<\/li>\n<li>3 Sun baseball hats<\/li>\n<li>Sun Type 4 keyboard<\/li>\n<li>Sun Type 5 keyboard<\/li>\n<li>Sun Type 6 keyboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is just what I have found in the couple of hours I looked briefly through the house.\u00a0 And for the proof here are some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/jgrove\/sets\/72157609721493941\/\" target=\"_blank\">pics<\/a>.\u00a0 So as you can see I am a &#8220;Sun Geek&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So I get poked fun of at work any time I wear a Sun shirt.(And no I don&#8217;t have Sun Underwear, or Sun Socks, or anything with a Sun logo that is below the belt.)..
