		<description>Ditto your experience for Vonage.  I helped my neighbor set up dsl and vonage- 2 lines from vonage; one for calling and one for fax only.  It&#039;s taken three calls and two weeks to get the &quot;special&quot; fax line settings working and we&#039;re still waiting to see if the billing charges are correct.  The call center is in SE Asia and it took me a bit to figure out why the support answers were a bit weird- there&#039;s about a three second delay between when I said something and when the support folk hear my answer....</description>
