I received my auto insurance renewal form today. Everything was normal till I read a page that said:

Notice to Policyholders
Your costs for this policy have been reduced by 10% on the bodily injury liability coverage because of insurance law reforms and civil justice reforms enacted by the {STATE I LIVE IN} Legislature in 2005 and signed into LAW by the Governor.

Your cost for this policy has been reduced by Forty-Five One Hundredths of One Percent because of premium surcharge reductions encacted by the {STATE I LIVE IN} Legislature in 2005 and signed in to LAW by the Governor.

For part one that is cool, 10%, Great!. For part two, why even waste the time writing it, when it equals less than $0.04.
